The Heavens have been generous!

In the past several weeks, we have had wonderful periods of rain. This has proven to be a fantastic benefit for our Christmas trees and container trees. We have done our planting, fertilizing and spraying for weed control. The rain has helped with those processes.

By the end of the month, we will begin shearing our Christmas trees for fall harvest. We begin with the long-needle pines and work our way into shearing the short-needle balsam fir and Fraser fir. Dan works very closely training the crew to shear the trees just so. We use modified weed-eaters instead of shearing knives. This allows for a more consistent motion during the shearing process. We are very picky about the way our Christmas trees are sheared.

We guarantee it, you will not find better trees, ANYWHERE, period.
